Our Totally Vegan Challenger Wraps Up Week 3!
"How am I feeling completing 3 weeks of the #WickedFresh Lifestyle Challenge?"
"I'm feeling pretty GREAT! I weighed myself yesterday and I'm down 2 pounds since my last weigh in 2 weeks ago. My intention isn't to loose any weight, but what I do think that with the Totally Vegan Challenge I'm more mindful of what I put in my mouth... as oppose to just picking up a cookie/ candy and eating it! I'm still as active as I was before I started the Totally Vegan Challenge so nothing has change in that department.
Fun Fact about Bisalda:
"I know it might sound crazy or even kind of weird BUT... I work with ankle weights! Yes, with all the running around I do, I always wear them. It's my way of getting a workout in while I'm working! So if you are ever in my café, no I don't have swollen ankles... those are my weights!"
