Darlene Wraps Up Week 3 of Sebastians Cafés #WickedFresh Challenge!
"After completing week 3, I can honestly say that I feel more than ready to complete this challenge now!"
"At the beginning of the challenge I had some difficulty adjusting to the eating. Mainly because of all these snow days that we have had, I have been working from home remotely. Working from home is a pleasure to most people, and I agree it is for a couple of days but not for 2 weeks. I found it hard to maintain the healthy eating, because I wasn’t exposed to as much items as I was at Sebastians Cafés. I did however go grocery shopping and get many like items, but when you are so used to a routine of going into work having a meal plan for each day, it becomes difficult to now switch that meal plan at home.
I had to really focus and not let the snow depression get in my way of my goal to obtain a healthier life style with the help of Sebastians #WickedFresh Challenge. I started doing yoga a lot more now which used to be very difficult for me, and I would always give up after 15 minutes of trying because I did not feel like I was accomplishing anything. Now I feel like I have more energy each day, and I actually look forward to going to my workouts."
"The feeling after a great workout is indescribable, that same feeling is what also motivates me throughout each day if temptations for sweets come my way."
I may even incorporate, Sebastians Cafés Summer St. Manager, Bisalda's Totally Vegan Challenge food selections for 2 weeks! Stay Tuned!"
